Sedona Hilltop Inn Policies

Check-in Time

Our official check-in time is 3:00 PM 

Early Check-in:  If we have a room clean and available we welcome our guests to check-in earlier.

Check-out Time

Our official check-out time is 11:00 AM.  Our office opens at 8:30 AM but if our guests would like to check out earlier we encourage them to leave their key in the room and express check-out without needing anymore paperwork.


Parking is free and our parking lot can accommodate standard sized vehicles.  Call for accommodating larger vehicles.


The Sedona Hilltop Inn does not have any smoking rooms as it is a smoke free property.  Please be aware that anyone who violates this policy will be subjected to a $250.00 smoking fee.

Payment Types

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Traveler’s Checks and Cash. We do not accept personal checks or pre-paid credit cards as payment. You may pay for your Room and Tax with cash but a valid credit card will be needed to allow any guest to check-in to the hotel.

Lost and Found

The Sedona Hilltop Inn provides in-room safes for every room. We encourage all guests to keep valuables in their safe. We will not be held liable for any missing items in the room. Any items left behind after a guest has checked-out will be held for a maximum of 60 days.  Guests are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the retrieval of their items.

Extra Person Fee

All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 people).  Should a guest book a room for 2 people and arrive at the hotel with an extra person(s).  Then another room would have to be reserved or the guests will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be given.  If another room is not available a charge of $40 per extra person will be added the final bill.

Pet Policy

The Sedona Hilltop Inn is unfortunately not a pet friendly property and cannot welcome pets as guests.
